At Outlaw Products, we like our customers and we want you to have a worry-free shopping experience! If you do need to make a return, which we doubt you will, please choose one of the following options. 

Option 1

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund, under the following conditions: 

  • The products are in brand new, unused condition 
  • The order has been repackaged correctly 
  • You have requested and been issued an RMA# from our shipping department
  • Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or a fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • For your convenience, we offer discounted return shipping labels. If you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount and we will send the label to you via email. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of returning the product. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. In many cases, it will be processed much faster.

If you choose to make a return, please provide us with your order number and details about the products you would like to return by clicking here. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for how to complete the return.  

Option 2 

Upgrades to Custom-Fit Seat Covers are available within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:  

(That's right, we're so confident in the design and quality of our products that we're willing to make you this incomparable promise: If you buy our seat covers and are not satisfied with the quality or fit we'll take them back and credit your money to an order for one of our custom-fit seat covers.)

  • The products are in brand new, unused condition 
  • The order has been repackaged correctly 
  • You have requested and been issued an RMA# from our shipping department
  • Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or a fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We must receive the return before your credit will be activated
  • For your convenience, we offer discounted return shipping labels. If you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount and we will send the label to you via email

Here's how:   

  • To submit your request for an upgrade click here and include the year, make and model of your vehicle in the notes
  • You will be sent an email containing an RMA# for the product you are returning, and instructions that include the credit for your new custom-fit purchase

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to complete the return and receive your new seat covers.  

Shipping

We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEX and USPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Also, please be aware that FREE shipping only applies within the continental United States.
